Linda J. MacKay earned a juris doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997 and an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2002.  She has been practicing in the field of Estate Planning and Taxation since 1998. 

Linda is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
